Established in 1987, the company distributes and markets a complete line of high-quality local and wide area network products for Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, and Gigabit networks in the U.S. and International markets.
In 2011, we invited investment partners and set up “Transmission Component Business” to expand new perspective for the company and to work with the “Network Component Business” as the 2 main sales core of the company. The “Transmission Component Business” started to launch domestic and oversea marketing, and the “Network Component Business” collaborated with investment partners to develop new products for the coming future.
In order to move forward to next step of transition plan successfully, in 2011 we invested KMC Chain Industrial Co., Ltd. for its superior position in global bicycle and motorcycle transmission fields, and the positive brand loyalty of worldwide consumers, herewith these would complete the whole company with firm competition advantage. Moreover, in July of 2012, we change the company name as “KMC (Kuei Meng) International Inc.” |
